Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are giving up on selling their Beverly Hills marital mansion one year after putting it up for sale.
The actor, 52, and the singer, 55, purchased their marital home in cash for $60.8 million in May 2023.
They broke up the following year, listing the home for $68M in July after they were unsuccessful in selling it off the market.

As Ben and Jennifer struggled to get the property off their hands, they lowered the price by $8 million.
According to People, real estate records now show that the sprawling property has been removed from the market.
The actress filed for divorce from Ben on their two-year wedding anniversary last August.
Lavish purchase: The former couple purchased their marital home in cash for $60.8 million in May 2023
Dream pad: Since listing the property they have slashed their asking price by $8 million
Ben has Violet, 19; Fin, 16; and Samuel, 13, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 53.
Meanwhile, Lopez has fraternal twins Emme and Max, 17, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
A Zillow listing described the estate as ‘recently renovated with the highest level of quality.’
Features listed include a boxing ring and sports lounge, fully equipped gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a bar.
There is also a 12-car garage, guest penthouse, caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
Working out: Jennifer Lopez was spotted arriving at a dance studio in Los Angeles on Wednesday
Last month an insider exclusively told the Daily Mail: ‘Ben and JLo slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion for $8 million less than they paid for it, but this is nothing to Ben.
‘He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined.’
Affleck spent last Sunday house-hunting for bachelor pads in the Brentwood neighborhood not far from his ex, Garner’s $7.8M four-bedroom home.
It’s been a year since Affleck closed escrow on his last property, a $20.5M five-bedroom Brentwood mansion, after he separated from Jennifer.
Meanwhile, the singer has started home renovations on her new $17.5M five-bedroom Hidden Hills mansion.
DailyMail’s source said Ben and Jennifer’s shared abode ’caused drama’ in their marriage because the Argo director ‘never wanted to shell out that much for this home to begin with.’
The insider added: ‘[Ben] knows [Jennifer] will always have a presence in his life with their kids remaining best friends, but this house is the one last thing that is a symbol of their marriage.’
The property struggle comes as Jennifer was seen looking stone-faced as she headed to work on Wednesday as a verdict was reached in the trial of her ex-boyfriend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The singer and actress looked focused as she arrived at a dance studio in Los Angeles for a rehearsal.
In preparation: The singer was likely at the studio to rehearse for her upcoming Las Vegas residency due to kick off in December
Jennifer was rehearsing at the dance studio ahead of her upcoming residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which will run from December 30 through to January 3, before she’ll return for a second run from March 6 to 28.
Her outing came as the jury reached a split verdict in which Combs – who has proclaimed his innocence – was acquitted of the most serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking
However, the jury found him guilty on less-serious charges, two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and the judge overseeing the case has ordered that he be kept behind bars until his sentencing hearing in October.
Big show: Jennifer is set to take over iconic venue, The Colosseum for two stints
Jennifer has refrained from commenting on her former boyfriend’s trial or the allegations made against him by numerous women who have accused him of sexual assault, which he has denied.
At the time, Jennifer’s 1999 romance with Combs made headlines after they met on the set of her music video If You Had My Love. He went on to co-produce her album On The 6.
In December of that year, JLo was seen with Combs when he and his entourage were involved in an argument at a club in Manhattan that escalated to gunshots that left three people injured.
Jennifer, Combs, and his bodyguard fled the club before police intercepted them and found a stolen gun in the car, and one of the victims from the club shooting claimed it was the rapper who shot her.
Both he and his then-girlfriend were arrested in the aftermath, but Jennifer was soon released and was never charged.
Combs wasn’t as lucky but he was eventually acquitted of gun possession charges.
However, a rapper in his entourage was convicted of gun possession and assault.
Ultimately, no one was ever charged for the actual shootings.
The trial put a stain on Combs and Jennifer’s relationship, and they eventually broke up in 2001 but they reported to have subsequently developed a friendship.
Old lovers: Jennifer previously dated disgraced rapper Diddy in 1999 and attended dance rehearsals as the jury reached a verdict on his trial
Jennifer later accused Diddy of having cheated on her during the relationship but later admitted that it was only a suspicion, as she never caught him in the act or found incontrovertible proof.
A year after their 2001 split, Jennifer reflected on the romance in a Primetime: Special Edition interview with Diane Sawyer who asked her if she was ‘afraid’ during the relationship.
The singer said: ‘Um, no, I don’t think she was afraid, I just think that I, at that time was, uh, cared very deeply for Sean, and you know we just… didn’t have the same kind of ideals about life and family and stuff like that,’ she said. ‘It just wasn’t a good relationship for me. It didn’t have so much to do with him as it had to do with me at the time.
‘I had to learn to care about myself a little bit more and put up certain boundaries of what I would accept and wouldn’t accept because really he was just being himself.
‘He wasn’t doing anything wrong, and he felt like he loved me very much and I know he did and I felt like the same way. So if I was unhappy in some way, then I was the one who had to do something. Not him. He was doing everything he wanted to do.’
Working it out: The music duo reportedly reestablished a friendship years later; seen in 2001
