Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar have found themselves under fire after mocking Elon Musk’s four-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, on The View.

The co-hosts ridiculed the toddler’s unusual name while discussing Musk’s recent appearance at the White House with his son during an executive order signing event.

During the broadcast, Goldberg mentioned, “Yesterday, Elon Musk took his son X to a press conference,” only for Behar to interject, questioning, “X?” Goldberg, shaking her head, added, “I did not name the child, and I don’t want to hear anymore mess about our names.

” The panel laughed at the exchange, but Behar continued to poke fun at Musk’s son, saying, “And little Instagram,” seemingly referring to Musk’s rebranding of Twitter to “X.”

Grimes, who shares custody of X with Musk, also commented on the state of political discourse, stating that the loss of mature leadership is a significant issue in the current political climate.

Behar was quickly corrected that Musk doesn't own Instagram, which falls under the Meta banner alongside Facebook

Though Grimes did not directly criticize Musk, her remarks about the handling of public life and leadership were seen as a call for better decorum in both political and personal matters.
