From Apple Picking to the ER

The day before her announcement, she posted adorable snapshots of herself, Brian, and their two sons—Calvin, 4, and Oliver, 1—happily enjoying the fall activity.

“I have a feeling we weren’t the only ones who went apple picking and ate too many apple cider donuts this weekend! My belly is due to the donuts!!” she captioned the post.

“A few extra sleepless nights on the pull-out bed is more than a fair trade to make sure everyone is as safe and healthy as possible when it comes time to meet this impatient little guy,” he wrote.

“Son, if you have just half of your mom’s courage and general bad-aery, you’re going to be something special.”**

Later, Brian shared a hilarious update about his temporary hospital life struggles, posting a video of himself flopping onto their bed at home after making a supply run.

“When your wife sends you home from the hospital to grab some things, and you catch a glimpse of your bed after spending the last couple of nights on the hospital cot…. he captioned the clip, adding the hashtags #babywatch #expecting #babynumber3.

Dylan’s Surprise Pregnancy After Infertility Struggles

Dreyer announced her third pregnancy in May, a heartwarming surprise after struggling with infertility.

She broke the news live on TODAY during a special “Cooking With Cal” segment, baking cinnamon rolls with her eldest son, Calvin, while playfully revealing she had a “bun in the oven.

She later admitted on the show that she and Brian had given up on trying for a third child after facing fertility challenges again.

“We were trying for a third, and it wasn’t happening.

So we thought, let’s forget about it and move on,” she revealed.

“Then boom—surprise!”

Her co-hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb later admitted they had suspected something, even exchanging text messages about whether she was pregnant.

However, they were stunned at how well she hid her growing bump.
