Fox News Pundit Kat Timpf Driven Out of Brooklyn Bar in Hostile Confrontation Over Her Job

Fox News personality Kat Timpf says she was harassed and forced to flee a Brooklyn bar over the weekend after an aggressive stranger learned where she worked.

The 30-year-old journalist and libertarian commentator, known for her appearances on The Greg Gutfeld Show and National Review, took to Twitter early Sunday morning to recount the shocking encounter, calling it a direct attack on her for being associated with Fox News.

“I was just run out of an establishment because of where I work. Chewed out, abused. But I guess that’s the norm now,” Timpf tweeted at around 2 a.m.

She spoke on our World with Cavuto on Fox on Monday to describe the encounter where a belligerent woman yelled at her and followed her around the bar until she fled

A Hostile Confrontation

Speaking on Fox’s Your World with Cavuto on Monday, Timpf detailed how an angry, belligerent woman began screaming at her inside the bar, demanding she leave.

“Over the weekend, I was at a bar, and a girl realized I worked at Fox News. She started screaming at me, telling me to get out. I tried to move to a different area of the bar, but she kept following me, still yelling,” Timpf recalled.

Attempting to de-escalate, Timpf asked what exactly she had said or done that upset the woman.

“I thought maybe it was one of my views that she found offensive. But she said it didn’t matter. I don’t think she even knew a single thing I ever said on TV. She just knew where I worked, and that was enough for me to be run out of the bar.”

Fearing physical violence, Timpf said she felt unsafe and ultimately chose to leave rather than risk further confrontation.

The Third Public Harassment Incident

This isn’t the first time the Fox News commentator has been targeted in public.

In 2017, a man dumped a bottle of water on her head at a political event where she was set to speak.
Months later, a stranger interrupted her dinner at a restaurant, loudly accusing her of “ruining the country.”
Now, this latest bar incident marks the third time she has faced public harassment simply for her job.

The same group also filmed a confrontation with Ted Cruz as he ate with wife Heidi in Washington restaurant Fiola two months ago

“I can’t believe this keeps happening,” Timpf said. “None of these people can even tell me what I’ve said that they disagree with. It’s just blind outrage.”

She admitted the harassment has forced her to adjust her public behavior, sometimes opting to wear glasses to appear less recognizable.

“There have been times I hesitate to go out in public because of this. But I refuse to live in fear.”

She took to Twitter to vent about the incident and bite back at unsympathetic social media users. This it the third time Timpf was harassed in public for her job

Growing Trend of Political Harassment

Timpf’s experience echoes recent incidents where public figures on the right have been aggressively confronted in public spaces.

Just days before, Antifa activists targeted Fox News host Tucker Carlson, gathering outside his home and chanting, “Racist scumbag, leave town!”
In September, the same group chased Senator Ted Cruz out of a Washington, D.C. restaurant, screaming threats at him and his wife.

She shared this flick before speaking on Fox where she said: 'I don't think [the woman at the bar] knew a single thing that I ever said on TV. She just knew where I worked and that was enough for me to be run out of the bar'

A Twitter account affiliated with the activists later warned: “You are not safe. We will find you. We will expose you. We will take from you the peace you have taken from so many others.”

Last week Smash Racism DC protesters gathered at Fox News host Tucker Carlson's home in DC chanting 'Racist scumbag, leave town!'

Timpf, like Carlson and Cruz, has now become another high-profile figure in media harassed simply for her political associations.

Despite the repeated attacks, she remains defiant, saying she refuses to be bullied into silence.

“I love this country, and I refuse to be intimidated just because some people disagree with me,” she declared.
