Dylan is clearly a proud mom, and her children have even inspired her to venture into the world of children’s books.

In fact, Dylan has authored four children’s books, including her latest release, A Peek Out Your Window, which hit shelves earlier this year.

The interactive lift-the-flap book is aimed at younger children and takes them through a fun, weather-themed adventure.

“Wonder what today’s weather will be? Take a peek out your window and see! Is it stormy or sunny? Windy or rainy? Plan your day with a glimpse outside and a lift of the flap!” the book synopsis reads.

Dylan spoke about the inspiration behind her book, sharing how her catchphrase from Today—“Now here’s a peek out your window”—became the basis for this adorable and engaging children’s story.

“My kids have loved the lift-the-flap books since they were babies, and it’s fun for adults to read too,” she said.

“It’s got a little rhyme to it and it’s short, which I think parents will appreciate!”

Dylan’s journey in Paris is just the latest chapter in her busy and creative life, where balancing work and family continues to inspire her endeavors.
